What is this diet, plus my advice.....hilarity ensues

The weight you lost was probably mostly water-weight. And the water's gone now.

You shouldn't focus on the symptoms, but on why you have symptoms.
Low carb may diminish symptoms, but it's not going to make you healthy.

The best way to lose weight is eating a natural diet and staying on it. Your weight will revert to normal and all health problems will cease to exist by eating our original primate diet of fruit and veggies. 2nd best foods are grains and beans

Of course calories in/out makes sense,
but it's a simplistic myth. And it hasn't worked. People have been restricting calories. People are fatter than ever.

The best way to lose weight AND get healthy is eating a natural diet, getting off meds, and exercising(you can get a workout lying in bed: sit-ups, leg lifts, push-ups, etc.
Your weight will revert to normal and all health problems will cease to exist by eating closer to our original primate diet of fruit and veggies. 2nd best foods are grains and beans. We're not natural fat-eaters.
