BRUTAL 6min Home BICEPS Workout With Dumbbells (SAVAGE BICEP WORKOUT!!). So you're looking to build bigger biceps at home with only a pair of dumbbells? Good news, this is the workout you're going to want to try! Forewarning though, this one is absolutely gruesome, and even I had to take a few breaks part way through lol.
In this specific workout, we'll be going through 5 exercises to hit the inner head and outer head of our biceps! This routine is guaranteed to help you add some mass to those biceps - for maximum results, repeat this workout 2x per week, giving yourself 48 hours of rest between each workout!
The Workout (Repeat for 2-3 total rounds):
-Strict Supinated Curls x 10 reps
-Strict Cross-Body Hammer Curls x 8 reps
-Bent-Over Spider Curls x 8 reps
-21's x 1 rep
-Hammer Curl Holds x 8 reps
