Hand Feeding my Jumping Spider!

The Mustachioed Jumping Spider (Phidippus mystaceus) is one of the largest in the US. Like all jumping spiders, it is daring and willing to take prey bigger than itself. I took a risk feeding it by hand, it could have easily bit my finger by mistake. It enjoyed this meal and laid eggs soon after.
