Tips: Diet & Supplements [EP2]

A few tips on my opinion about diet and supplementation. Diet is about how much you consume, not necessarily what you consume unless the foods you're consuming are full of oil or sugar - you're consuming too much oil or sugar, referring again to HOW MUCH you consume. The healthier options are less calorie dense, but even you cannot have too many of those, unless it's salad or veg! Supplements are just convenient and that's why they're helpful.
