Yep. It’s the truth. And today I will tell you what the 7 most common culprits are and what to do about it!

It’s time to heal that body of yours and begin to FEEL amazing once again, my friend.

When your blood sugar goes up, your insulin has to come up.

And your insulin wants to bring your blood sugar down… but you’re not helping the poor guy out.

Blood sugars consistently over 90 have been shown to increase the rate of getting dementia - making you up to 5 times more susceptible to this challenging disease.

So what are the biggest culprits - and most commonly eaten foods - messing up your gut?

Eggs - they’re a great source of protein but it’s been shown that egg whites may permeate the gut lining, making symptoms and autoimmune disease WORSE! Usually, once you heal your gut, introducing eggs again can be absolutely ok!

Gluten - bottom line: the wheat of today is NOT the wheat our ancestors ate. It’s been genetically modified creating confusion in the body and often times it’s mistaken for a foreign invader because of this. When that happens - inflammation sets in and welcome to symptoms, including aches, discomforts, foggy thinking and more!

Dairy - lactose is a type of sugar found in dairy -- lactase is an enzyme that we make in our body’s. The problem? As we get older we make less and less lactase - in fact, as adults nearly 70% of people don’t produce enough which contributes to poor digestion and assimilation of dairy -- insert stomach aches, bloating, gas, and overall icky digestion.

Soy - soy resembles gluten on a molecular level so your body may react the same as it does to gluten, even though it’s a different food. Not to mention SOY is one of the largest GMO-crops in the U.S. Plus, it’s a legume which can be really hard to digest in the human body.

Peanuts - the Omega 6’s in nuts are considered PRO-inflammatory, which is a total bummer for those of you snackin’ on these thinkin’ you’re doing your self a favor. Ditch the nuts and opt for the healthy fats in avocados instead!

Corn - sure, it’s technically gluten-free but did you know that is can look like corn in your body, causing the same unwanted symptoms?? This is called a cross-reaction and is actually really common!

Sugar - is highly inflammatory. Period. Nothing more to say about that!
