Giant Spider Eats Bats. In almost every continent on the planet, except for Antarctica, there are spiders that will eat bats. The most commonly reported spider to do this is variety of Golden Silk Orb Weaver (Nephila pilipes). These spiders are some of the largest on the planet, which makes sense this they are big enough to prey on bats.
