No dieting? Doesn’t that sound delightful?
Well it should, because it is, and it’s true. For the love of all that is good and ripped in this world, ditch that dieting!
Eating is good and important and delicious. We are strong proponents of eating in a way that’s healthy and sustainable and yessss delicious. “Deprivation” is a curse word around these parts.
So, we’re taking a look at Athlean-X’s tip to ditch dieting from an (xtra!)ordinary athlete’s perspective, and covering three main things:
