Business Insider UK sat down with Dr Rangan Chatterjee, BBC's 'Doctor in the House' and author of The 4 Pillar Plan, to discuss health in the modern world.
He spoke about 'Blue zones', areas of the world where life expectancy is very high, and the lessons we can learn from them.
"there is no one true diet, they all eat slightly differently. But what they all do, is have unprocessed food by-and-large."
"They don't count fats, they don't count calories, they don't count carbs, what they do is focus on minimally processed food, and I think that's the key to eating well for our health".
