Spiders in Australia - How does a Spider EAT? (Redback Spider) Ep 2

One question I get asked heaps - 'How do your spiders eat?'... so our next episode in this series we take a closer (very close) look at my Redback Spiders (hanging upside down) and see how they take down two different types of prey using their awesome web. Probably the deadliest web of all time. Then we go under the microscope to discover what happens to their prey as it gets wrapped up and eaten. They are related to Black Widows. Latrodectus hasselti - the common Redback is found all across đŸ‡¦đŸ‡ºAustralia and I reckon it’s our most famous spider. Highly toxic venom though so always be extremely careful if you see them around. Hope you like it guys let me know which Aussie spider you would like to see next in this series,
