An Australian couple got a creepy surprise after trying to get rid of a Wolf Spider as it scurried across the kitchen floor of their home in Hallet Cove, South Australia.

Danny Ford grabbed a broom and gave the spider a whack. That's when hundreds of spiderlings spilled out running in every direction.

Female Wolf spiders egg sacs' are attached to the spider's silk spinning organs.

Once the eggs hatch, the spiderlings crawl onto their mother's back and stay their for a few weeks, unless of course they encounter a human with a broom.

While their bites are not deadly, Wolf Spider bites can be quite painful. The video posted online has since gone viral.
