My First 48 hour Fast on Snake Juice | Snake Diet

So, this video is of my very first ever fast and also my first 48 hour fast on Snake Juice!

I was a bit scared so I first did a mini fast, of 17 hours to see what it would be like and then jumped straight into 48 hours!

Some things I didn’t talk about:
Why 48 hours because then your body is in ketosis which means it’s burning fat. Any less than that and your body is in shock and thinks it’s going into a deprivation of food and will store fat. So that’s why just eating one meal a day is not the answer. Only longer periods of fasting takes your body into ketosis and burns fat.

Drinking snake juice will help put electrolytes back into your body and if you’re wondering why electrolytes are important google electrolytes and fasting.

Other things you can google is the Snake Juice and Snake Diet. Cole Robinson started it and his videos have become hilarious to watch. He swears and shouts a lot! But he has a lot of great information from doing many tests on himself and with amazing professionals so he is a wise man to listen to. If you can’t stand his shouting Shameen Miller is on youtube and talks about the Snake Diet and Juice also in great depth.

Here’s a snippet of one of my diary entries from the fast:
This evening at 9pm I will break my first 48 hour fast. And I just cannot believe how easy this was!
I thought today I’m going to be weak and not able to do anything, but I’m feeling normal and fine. Now and then my stomach pretends to be hungry, but it passes soon. I keep busy and sip on my SJ.
What’s really funny is that looking at food pics and videos and even the smell of food does not do to me what it previously would. Normally, my mouth would start watering and I would go and make something to eat, anything. It would become like a mission and I would not rest till it’s completed. However, these past 30 something hours, when I saw or smelt food, my mouth didn’t water and I felt fine. I’ve really been feeling fine. I’m very surprised and happy. I didn’t think this is possible! Especially not for me. I’ve noticed this is really a mind game. And how powerful my mind actually is. Way more powerful than my body. I’m very impressed with myself.
