OK so first off, sorry about the sound quality in this video. There is intermittent wind noise but IMO it's still watchable which is why I uploaded it.
Everyone struggles with food cravings. That's not unique to you.
However, I've noticed that food cravings have nothing to do with what your body actually needs or what will make it feel good and satisfied (with the exception being meat).
I'm sure you've made the mistake of going to the supermarket when you're hungry. You end up buying a bunch of food that you shouldn't have because you got hit with fast cravings while you were shopping.
Or maybe you're on OMAD and have been fantasizing about your big meal that day. Or maybe you're about to end a 72 hour fast and have been dreaming about eating something you shouldn't. The anticipation is so sweet, and when you finally eat that piece of food that you shouldn't, you feel incredible.
For about ten minutes.
Then what happens is that you feel awful for the next 8 hours.
And that's why food cravings are total bullsh*t. If you had just eaten that nutrient dense food from the beginning, you would have enjoyed 24 hours of satisfaction that needs to be experienced to truly understand.
So just eat the raw meat and be done with it.
