Cole Robinson of the Snake Diet has some great results for weight loss. Amazing before and afters, fastest way to lose weight hands down, and healthiest. Great water fasting and dry fasting information, but he also has some terrible diet advice that we have to discuss. He said since humans run off stored body fat, that means saturated animal fat is also healthy for us. It's wrong on so many levels, let's discuss.
