HERE IS MY WEEKLY ROUTINE INCLUDING EVERYTHING THAT I DO:
Day 1 dry fast
Day 2 dry fast, refeed after training, 3 liters SJ
Day 3 SJ fast (3 liters)
Day 4 re-feed, then right back to SJ fast (3 liters)
Day 5 SJ fast (3 liters)
Day 6 SJ fast (3 liters)
Day 7 re-feed, 3 liters SJ
* training is in the early morning
**refeeds are at night before bed
***i walk 18 holes of golf 2-3 times per week, and as soon as i feel tired i ride a cart to stop the cortisol from possibly building up.
