Cole Robinson from the Snake Diet is a really cool guy, I like him a lot actually. He motivated me to fast a lot, I changed my diet because of him at one point, and changed my entire exercise routine because of his advice. He's helped a ton of people lose weight and get healthier, so I'm not knocking his results, but there's a reason I don't follow his diet or exercise regime anymore.
