SNAKE DIET MOTIVATION: 150 LBS LOST IN 6 MONTHS ON SNAKE DIET

Here is how it works for me right now. This is my refeed, Snake Juice Recipe, and my training protocols:

This is the normal refeed:
400 g/ 14 ounces fruit
150 grams/5.3 ounces of one type of protein: steak/ fish/ pork/ sirloin burger/ free range eggs/ lamb
600 g/ 21.2 ounces roasted vegetables—preferably root vegetables, like carrots, beets, etc.
SNAKE JUICE RECIPE:
1 L water
1/16 tsp 20 Mule Team Borax
¼ tsp pink salt
¼ tsp Epsom salt
½ tsp Nu-Salt (Potassium Chloride Salt)
½ tsp Red’s Mill Organic Baking Soda (Arm and Hammer works)
