I explain how ketosis works, why I have decided to put a bigger total on hold for a lean body, and why I have chosen to autoregulate my training instead of a traditional training block while I make a major cut in body fat.

Here's how it works: you stop eating sugar. You also stop eating---in other words, if you are a fat powerlifter, you can change your body composition by fasting a minimum of 48 hours.

Preferably, you will do 72 hour fasts on the weekends and eat only once on training days. So... you train, then immediately skip post training eating in exchange for the snake juice and regular water until the next training day.
