WHAT IS A DRY FAST?

Dry fasting is when you ingest no food or water.
There are 2 types of dry fasts:
1. Soft Dry Fast. (showers, brushing teeth allowed)
2. Hard Dry Fast. (Absolutely no water contact)
If you plan to do a dry fast perform 72 hours minimum to get full autophagy/healing effect.
Stay at home during long dry fasts!!!
