Snake Diet Dry Fasting Weight Loss Results After 2 Days | Weight Loss Vlog 92 WOW I made it 55 hours with no food or water.

So proud of myself and I think my body is happy about getting a deep down to the cells detox. However, the purpose for this soft dry fast was dry fasting weight loss. So I got fasting benefits in 2 ways.

I lost 10 pounds on this 2 day soft dry fasting routine.

I started my 2 day dry fasting on day 90 at 8 pm. I will be doing dry fasting on day 91 and 92 and hopefully dry fasting on December 31.

I am doing soft dry fasting where I do brush teeth, take showers, and do dishes. Hard dry fasting is NO contact with water.

The rest of 2018 is snake juice diet or dry fasting.

Really modified snake diet. It is better to stick to the original but better to modify if you feel you must or REALLY want to.

The snake diet is a strict fasting diet drinking only snake juice for as many days as possible and then a small refeed meal of 500 grams and continue with only snake juice again until you are shredded to the bone.

You will be fasting all your weight away as your body uses your body for fuel. DO NOT refeed how I do. I am still working on water fasting refeeding.

My journey is all about fasting for weight loss and for health. The snake diet is just one of the ways that I fast here and there.

I have done a 9 day, 10 day and many 2 and 5 day snake juice diet fasts. It is hard but it WORKS for fast weight loss.

The best fasting weight loss benefits I have found are
1. I do not crave sugar foods that I love like cakes, ice cream, etc. 2. Fasting makes me happy.
3. Energy: If you watch my weight loss journey you will see the fasting results videos I am energized and just overall happier. The days I don't fast I have a very low energy video and feel UGH lol

If you have a lot of weight to lose like I do. I highly recommend you find a fasting diet plan for weight loss that works for you. WARNING: start gradually!!!

My favorites types of weight loss fasting methods are intermittent fasting, OMAD one meal a day, dry fasting (1-2 times a month), and no food fasting.

In my videos I share what I am trying for a huge weight loss transformation. Not sure which exact fasting schedule I will use to live the fasted focus lifestyle I want but by 100 days into this journey I believe I will have it figured out!

I also do low carb and keto meals. I am NOT strict keto but enjoy making keto meals. I keep my low carb count to 50 to 75 range. I get a little more depending on how hard I workout that day and what type of fasting I am doing for that day.
