Andharban Trek [अंधार बन] 2018 - Be aware of SNAKES - most difficult part of this trek is river/stream crossing which you need to cross at the end of trek while nearing to Bhira dam. Extreme care needs to be taken during crossing.
Andharban trek is also called as The Dark Forest Trek and one of the most famous trek in Mumbai & Pune region.
Please look the video at the end where Crossing the water stream is shown, this is most critical part of the trek and due care needs to be taken during this crossing, if the water levels are high please do wait for an hour or so till the levels are not down, please do not hurry to cross the steam, use of rope is strongly recommended during this crossing. Blessed with dense forest Andharban is heaven of trekkers.
