Giving Snakes The Best Life Possible

On Gotta Love Carpet Pythons, giving my snakes the best life possible just means l take care of them how l do because l believe l am giving them best life l can. We all have different thoughts on how this should be done but this is just my beliefs.
l didnt read any books about this because there are none, plenty about the snake and the environment in their enclosures, what their environment is out in the wild. Size of and what species they are and breeding them in captive care.
This falls way short on the actual care of them and many of us no longer believe a snake just wants to sit in an enclosure all day and be left alone and l am one that believes the opposite.
l am not saying they should be out all the time either but l think most snakes will let us know when they have had enough and are ready to go home, unless you have Lily who never wants to.
