Potlakaya Perugu Pachadi recipe video in telugu | Snake Gourd Yogurt Chutney

Hi Friends,

Today i am going to show you how to prepare Andhra Special - Potlakaya Perugu Pacchadi.

Potlakaya (snakegourd) perugu pacchadi is a very tasty dish which is very easy to prepare can be served with hot rice and chapathis.

Ingredients:

Snake gourd 250 g
oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds ¼ ts
Cumin seeds 1 ts
Methi ¼ ts
Red chilly 1 n
Green chilly 1 n
Curry leaves 2 sp
Turmeric pinch
Salt
Curd (beaten) 1 cup

Directions:

1. Cut snake gourd into pieces, take into bowl and boil for 15 minutes until it is soft. In between add salt. After that remove excess water and let it cool for some time.

2. Take curd, add turmeric and then add boiled snakegourd alongwith green chillies , salt and mix well.

3. In a small pan , add oil, once the oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, methi seeds, red chilly, curry leaves and temper. (Prepare popu)

4.Add this tempering to snakegourd mix and mix well. Potlakaya Perugu Pacchadi Ready.

Serve with hot rice and chapathis.
