How to Propagate Snake Plants in Water 🐍🌵💧

Dislike 0 Published on 26 Jan 2018

The secret to propagating Sansevieria, or, Snake Plants from leaf cuttings is by rooting them in water! Take leaf cutting in segments of around 4-6 inches long, let them heal for a few days before setting them in water. It may take a few months for roots to form, so keep an eye on the water level. Plant the rooted cuttings in succulent potting soil and enjoy the beauty and air purification of your favorite Snake Plant.
