People always ask, "How do they do it?"
Even after watching this video you may still be confused. The stripe snake is a male, Great Basin Gopher Snake. They are found west of the Rockies over into eastern California.
The female is a Pacific. Found central California up into Oregon. Even reports of Washington and maybe British Columbia.
"Why are you breeding different localities?" This happens in the wild all the time. If this makes you upset, look at that dog you own, still upset?
