Zye, the Space Catalyst of Work Palette and the Founder of InternCubic.asia is a graduate from Charles Sturt University in Australia and holds a degree in Economics and International Studies. She was the Regional Country Manager for BusinessWeek magazine and spearheads the marketing operations for Asia Pacific from Hong Kong and later came back to Malaysia to set-up their representative office. She later joined Asia Weekly magazine as their Regional Marketing Director in 2006. She has an extensive and diverse hands-on experience in an array of marketing communications, business development, event management, public relations and brand management activities with some of the leading Malaysian and regional publishers. Zye co-owned ZA Synergy Communications and later Purple Crayon Communications in 2004, providing consultancy and executing strategy driven campaigns involving advertising, publishing, public relations and event management for leading Malaysian + multinational clients. She went back into the corporate rat race after being head hunted by a Beijing based publishing company.
Zye spent almost 10 years of her professional corporate life in the media/publishing industry and another 5 in a travel retail import/export scene . Today, she has left the employment industry for good and ventured into her own business. While managing her time contributing articles for some local and regional publications, grooming young CEOs and running two start-ups in Penang, Zye is passionately learning the tricks of building the ideal eco-system of entrepreneurship and social enterprises.
