Chicken coop rat buffet (for the rats)

Set this night vision camera up the other day do gauge the rat activity. It was a steady stream. No wonder the feed is disappearing so fast. Time to figure out some prevention. Maybe an arduino-triggered garbage can cover that will just drop over the feeder at night (a standard garbage can is a perfect fit).
