Rat repeatedly escapes the jaws of albino alligator - Daily Mail

A video shows a rat desperately trying to escape the jaws of an albino alligator during feeding time at a amusement park in Wisconsin. The footage was recorded by a family who visited Alligator Alley in Wisconsin Dells on May 14. In the video, a white rodent is seen walking along the back of the alligator, which then tries to throw it into the water. Once the rat hits the water, the alligator goes after it, but somehow the rat manages to squirm away and narrowly escapes to safety on a rock in the enclosure. The alligator starts to stalk its prey as it swims over to the rock and waits patiently for the perfect moment to attack. An employee of Alligator Alley is then seen pushing the rat back into the water. The rat, determined to live, quickly swims back toward the rock and climbs to safety again. Eventually, the alligator traps the rat and slowly devours it. At one point the rat's tail can be seen hanging out of the predator's mouth.
