I was shocked how good rat tastes. Really, better then beef, pork, or chicken tastes. it is close to chicken, but the best chicken you have ever tasted. really that good. just hard to get your head around the fact your eating a rat. but if I was starving, I know now that will never happen, as I can eat rat really easy LOL.
