Screech Owl Feeding Babies - Dad Brings a Rat!

Two eggs have hatched and Mom is busy feeding the Owlets. Even though they are only 1-2 days old you can hear them chirping. They can barely raise their heads. Big excitement later in the video when Dad brings a big juicy Rat to the nest box. The mother will rip it up into small pieces to feed it to the owlets and finish the rest off herself. Plenty of food for them this season!
