• 20 Second Bed Sheet Waves
• 20 Second rest
• 20 Second Bed Sheet Hip Toss
• 20 Second rest
• 20 Second Bed Sheet Side-to-Side Waves
• 20 Second rest
• 20 Second Bed Sheet Power Slams
• 20 Second rest
• 20 Second Bed Sheet Waves
• 20 Second rest
• 20 Second Bed Sheet Hip Toss
• 20 Second rest
• 20 Second Bed Sheet Side-to-Side Waves
• 20 Second rest
• 20 Second Bed Sheet Power Slams
• 1 minute Break
• Repeat 1-to-3x for 23min workout
Tips
*For the bed sheet waves make sure you pretend you shake the bed sheet so hard you get all the dust out of the bed sheet
*For the bed sheet hip toss pretend like you are throwing someone and you never give them a chance to rest and also remember to use your hips and waist to help generate momentum
*For the side to side waves make sure you keep the bed sheet from touching the floor as long as you can and just like the hip toss make sure you also use your hips and waist to help generate power to go from side-to-side
*For the power slams simply pretend like you are trying to kill a bug or a rat with your powerful bed sheet slams and if that is too graphic then pretend like you are trying to cause an earthquake with your bed sheets
Using all of these tips will help you lose weight as fast as possible with bed sheets
