Python Snake Eats Baby Rat (WARNING: GRAPHIC)

Just wanted to provide some context considering all the negative comments on here:
This was my friend's snake. He invited me over for its very first feeding. As a cinematographer, I film a lot of things and this just happened to be one of them. This isn't some sick fetish of mine. It was just another natural occurrence in my life that happened to be caught on film... not something I got pleasure out of. However, it was something that I ended up finding fascinating and powerful. Nothing wrong with appreciating the power of nature and the circle of life.
Pet snakes are often fed live rats because the snakes respond to this method better. Most owners understand this. Whether I was there with my camera or not, this takes place all the time. If you don't want to watch it, no need to click here in the first place.
Also, a lot of people in the comments have asked why it had to be fed a baby rat and not an adult rat. This Python was a baby at the time - its very first feeding - and was obviously struggling with this baby rat. It would clearly not make sense to feed it a larger adult rat and cause more of a struggle for the snake, and a longer and more painful death for the rat.
