Retrieving a rat from a food-aggressive boa

F/T feeding gone wrong, the rat fell from the hemostat so she was refusing to eat it. She's picky that way and only likes to eat moving prey, so I had to retrieve the rat or it would have been left there to rot. I kept her head away by using a snake hook and grabbed the prey with the hemostat to prevent injury.
I apologize for the cursing, she had never been food-aggressive like this before and I was a little scared of getting bitten.
In response to comments: No she has never bitten me. This was the only time she was ever aggressive towards me, and the only reason she was aggressive was because the smell of the prey put her into feeding mode.
She was 1,600 grams at the time this video was filmed and 4.5 feet long.
