Trying to help a very sick rat

I have 3 siamese dumbo rats that are sisters from the same litter. One of them has gotten very ill. She will not eat solid foods, so I'm feeding her yogurt and water. She can clean her face and front paws no problem, but is not very responsive otherwise and is having hard time walking around. One of her sisters (or herself) chewed on the end of her tail. I keep her in a seperate cage while i try to nurse her back to health.
