Appeal to "Gym Rat" Fallacy

Just to be clear, a 225 and 315 squat isn't weak. I'm simply stating that this is not the pinnacle of natural strength for most people. Just because weak gym bros who don't know how to train can't lift this, doesn't make you an ultra beast. Surpassing these numbers would make you better than 95% of guys though, so don't view this as a message of negativity. Realize that once you're past the novice phase, you no longer qualify as a "gym rat". You will have a decently strong and aesthetic physique.
