Eros eating his first live rat pt.1

My ball python, Eros, hasn't ate since I moved into my new apartment in September, meaning the last time he ate was late July.
I usually feed him frozen rats for a few different reasons, but since he wasn't eating I decided I needed to step it up a bit and feed him the real thing, hoping that live food would give him a bit more.........incentive to eat.
He's had live mice before, but this is first time eating a live rat.
