Rat Lady Still Feeding Rats In Vancouver

I decided to do an update to the rat infestation which was first reported mid-September on 12th Ave and Commercial Drive in Vancouver. Despite the community gardens great effort to eradicate the problem, the rodents will continue to remain in the area due to an individual who is still leaving large amounts of bird seed in the area. Although I did not find any bird seed in this garden, I did find large amounts close by the other community garden which is located just one block down. People who walked by as I filmed where not even phased by the rats presence. The locals here are certainly used to seeing these rodents daily and simply ignore them. As I continued through the park, there was a very strong stench of what smelled like rotting carcasses. The smell was so strong, I had no intention of searching what had died. This video was taken October 6, 2014 in Vancouver BC, Canada.
