HELP ME HELP TULIP

Edit: she passed shortly thereafter.
We originally bought rose, a small rat. she was a specialty rat, being a hairless albino dumbo rat. very rare. she gave birth the night we bought her, in the cage she shares with bear, our newish rat who spent her entire first year of life in a fish tank at the pet store with pinkies/babies to take care of. since rose was barely at the age to become pregnant, most of her babies were small runts. those sadly passed by 2 weeks. we just adopted out one of her boys to a nice couple. the ones left are weaned and 6 weeks old. only problem is that tulip aka tutu looks 3 weeks old and is so very small. she just started this behavior. we are extremely concerned. i'm giving her amoxicillin 3 times a day due to her weezing since all rats are born with respiratory infections. if i believed in it, i'd pray. i've called monster pets and told them the mishap and how to sex rats, along with the 6 week rule. the manager promised to learn and teach the workers there about the rats. rose was too too young to get pregnant... just because pet stores don't know what they are doing.
