The Enchanter's Rats (get Grand Soul Gem, Glass Dagger) - Side Quest Walkthrough (TES III Morrowind)

You may start this quest in the Telvanni Canton of Vivec. You can take the opportunity to steal the damaged Glass Dagger from the Enchanter's room where some rats are.
Next, you need to take care of the rats in the sewers. Kill all of them and you should get a quest update. Turn in the quest and you'll receive a single, empty Grand Soul Gem. Too bad this quest can't be done repeatedly, eh?
Since the reward is guaranteed (i.e. not leveled) this can be a good source of a Grand Soul Gem at an early level, if you need a Constant effect enchantment for some reason.
