A rabbit breathed fast after a change to a new diet

The pet shop ran out of stock. So the owner bought new different type of rabbit food under same manufacturer. But the rabbit stopped eating after eating the new diet for around 4 days. Just lethargic and breathing faster than normal. Loose stools but fewer amounts. What to do?
