1. Filling stomach with food does not necessarily mean you are eating nutritious food.

2. Malnutrition not only affects health, education and production but also affects GDP.

3. Proper knowledge on nutrition, balanced diet, appropriate cooking practice and balanced distribution of food among family members reduces malnutrition.

4. A balanced diet is to eat a variety of foods from different food groups each day. The food groups are staple foods, meat, beans, nuts, and fruits and vegetables. Together, they provide the nutrients needed for a healthy body (protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamin and water) muscles, provide energy and prevent deficiencies.

5. Good nutrition are important for the entire family especially for infants, children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women, and elderly people to stay healthy, fight common diseases (such as colds, diarrhea, etc.) and avoid hospitalization.
