The litter is three weeks old today and I have am introducing solid food with the use of a "creeper feeder". The "creeper feeder" is essentially an enclosed feeding trough with small head openings which limits access to the kits only so the mother doe cannot get at their food. This is especially useful if you would like to feed supplements to the kits and not the mother doe. I got this from Bass Equipment (http://www.bassequipment.com). The creeper feeder is 11" long and has 6 head openings that are just large enough for the kits heads. It holds approximately 2.5 cups of feed. I am filling it with Manna Pro Select Gro.
