Yes, but very little and not often as this fruit contains a lot of sugar.
In addition this fruit contains quite a bit of phosphorus content and there for be limited when feeding it to your rabbit.
Anything more than a little piece once a week will cause your rabbit to have stomach aches and possibly other negative health side effects.

Yes – bunnies can safely eat the leaves of a pomegranate as well but they may not like the taste.
