Feeding Vegetables To Our Pigs, Goats, Sheep and Rabbit

It's important to feed your animals a mixture of food like hay, grains and greens. During the winter months when the snow covers the ground the animals have no source of greens and should be supplemented with vegetables to ensure a complete diet. Contact your local grocery store and ask them to contact you if they have any vegetables that they are planning on disposing of. This is a great source and ensures that no food goes to waste.
