The Perentie - Australia’s largest lizard.

Dislike 0 Published on 7 Oct 2017

A short video showcasing the largest monitor lizard native to Australia (they can be around 2-2.5m!!) , and the fourth-largest living lizard on earth. Slowly walking side by side with perenties (varanus giganteus) you can feel their power and confidence. I always feel privileged when I get to document encounters like these, wildlife in their natural environment.

I field test and push my gear quite often so I can give informed advice when I get asked what camera, or lenses, or anything gear related to buying equipment. The gear links above are Amazon affiliate links. If you buy through them you get the regular Amazon price and I receive a small percentage from that – this helps to support and continue my passion documenting wildlife and conservation.
