A quick guide to feed frozen mouse to lizards

My lizard has not been eating well, and I can now say is because she was sick of the old crickets and meal worms, she won't even look at them. I got her frozen fuzzies (as my wife can not tolerate live rodents in the house). My first assumption was that I can't give the lizard frozen food. I did a bit of research and found little on YouTube about frozen mice and how to feed them to your lizard.
