"New Reptile...HELP!!"

I took this lizard off a friends hands because it was treated very badly and the person barely had time to even feed it... I don't know a single thing about this lizard, i've been doing research for about 4 days and the only thing i came across is that it might be a spiny tailed iguana from Madagascar..But in fact im not sure, guys please check out the vid and anything you can find out shoot me an email or comment...thanks again
