RDR - Bonnie Horse Grooming (Very Rare)

Normally you can spot a few of the NPCs at MacFarlane's Ranch/Thieves Landing doing this (not including Ann Stephenson at Tumbleweed), but it's incredibly rare and I think I've only seen it a handful of times since the game was released.... I know I tried loading new saves/old files (for almost 12 hours straight) and no matter what I did, I couldn't get them to replicate it... I believe this is one of the most unique actions that occurs in-game, IMO.
But when I saw *Bonnie* of all people walk up to the horse and start brushing him I knew I had scored.
