Getting Ready For A Horse Show Makeover For My Horse // Budget Equestrian

The other day I did a makeover of my horse Frisby, and I couldn't leave Ethan out, so today HE got a makeover! And this wasn't just a bath, and a lot of grooming. No, I acted as if we were going to go to a horse show.
He didn't get a bath, but he did get a LOT of grooming to really bring out his shine, and he also got his first ever tail braid along with a braided mane. And this wasn't a fast process, but it was really good practice for when I do get to take Ethan to a horse show. He was such a good boy, and he stood so patiently while I primped, and played with him.
We may not be going to a horse show right now, but this was really good practice, a dress rehearsal for his first show. And while my braiding may not be perfect, just like everything we do, with lots of practice it will get better!
