Ian Stark on horse care and safety at Badminton 2014

World Horse Welfare invited three time winner of the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials, Ian Stark, to look at some of the safety improvements to eventing cross country fences and to meet some of the people responsible for the safety of competing horses in the sport.
