Do you have time to take care of a horse or a horse? Horse needs daily maintenance, regardless of weather, schedule, or holidays. Keeping horses on your personal property is 365 days a year. Even though you really do not spend your time in caring for your new horse, it takes commitment, and you'll need to find a way to meet that commitment in your hectic schedule.
How much time does it take to look after a horse or pony?
If you keep your horse at home you can count on spending at the very minimum:
🐎Feeding and checking drinking watering twice daily: 10 minutes
🐎Taking a horse out to pasture and mucking out a stall: 15 minutes
🐎Visually checking for signs of illness and injury daily: 5 minutes
🐎Daily hoof cleaning: 5 minutes
